This design is made with fine silver and includes 1 fingerprint charm with initials on the back. The charm in the photos above measures approximately 5/8". You can choose up to 3 initials on the heart on the back. If you choose to not have any initials, the heart will be left off.

Please send your fingerprint image by clicking on the Ask a Question link, then click on the Attach Image link below your message box. A photograph of your fingerprint will typically work better than a scan. Most people use their smart phones, and this works very well, as long as the photo is well focused and in good lighting.. If you need assistance obtaining the a good print, please contact me for easy to follow instructions.

IMPORTANT MOTHER'S DAY ORDER INFORMATION: Your orders must be placed by APRIL 13, 2018 and I must receive your images no later than APRIL 15, 2018 to guarantee your order will ship by May 4th. Orders placed after April 13th will ship as quickly as possible, but are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Mother's Day. I recommend upgrading shipping on order placed after April 13th, but it still does not guarantee Mother's Day delivery.
