Rustic Metal Square Fingerprint Keychain - Capture your loved one's fingerprints and turn it into this beautiful silver colored metal keychain. All I need is a scanned image of your fingerprint, then I will convert the image into a stamp which is then pressed into White Satin Metal Clay. The back of your keychain will include a small heart with 3 initials at no additional charge. If you would like to add a name, date, quote or anything else, please inquire for additional charges. Each piece is completely handmade by me and no two pieces will ever be alike.

The keychain in the above photos was made using an ink print, which is the best method for this item. The fingerprint charm in the above photo measure approximately 1" and you will receive a 7/8" split key ring as shown in the photos. This metal has a more rustic look to it. This is the natural metal without any patina being added.

A photograph of your fingerprint will typically work better than a scan. Most people use their smart phones, and this works very well, as long as the photo is well focused and in good lighting.. White Satin Metal Clay is a combination of copper, iron and tin powder metals combined with an organic binder. It can be modeled, molded, or sculpted then when heated to a high temperature, the binder burns away, and the metal particles sinter (or fuse) into solid metal. White satin metal clay is very durable and lightweight. The finished product is sprayed with a protective coating to prevent rust, although you may see a slight patina, or color change, over time.
