The perfect way of keeping the names of your loved ones close to your heart, this solid 18ct yellow gold necklace features up to three discs, each individually hand stamped with the name(s) of your choice. The discs are then soldered, polished and hung from a 18ct yellow gold trace chain in either 16 or 18 inches.
